A recent report on a 25 years study shows significant disease free survival (DFS) rates with radiotherapy treatment for prostate cancer.
The report shows high DFS rates, particularly with patients whose PSA nadir was below 0.2 at 15 years post radiation treatments. Two studies show DFS rates up to 25 years and 15 years respectively.
